Commissioned to Love

Commissioned to Love is a Christ-centered space for adoptive and foster moms to pray, connect & feel seen. God values children deeply and models adoption as a reflection of His love for us. In the book of James, we are called to look after the orphans. Not only do we look after, but we love. We do this because he first loved us. 

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” James 1:27
