Ready to swap screens for scenery and stroll through one of Southwest Florida’s most peaceful places?

Join us for an evening nature walk at Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve in Fort Myers! We’ll meet right at the boardwalk entrance at 6:00 PM and take a relaxing walk along the boardwalk trail surrounded by beautiful wetlands, wildlife, and maybe even a sunset peek through the trees. Please try to be on time. We want to get started because the park closes at Dusk. If you are going to come late, feel free to meet us out on the boardwalk!

We might find some animals, like alligators, turtles, otters, and wading birds, that live at the Slough year-round.

️ Parking is around $1 per hour, and they have a new parking structure in place. You pay via app. or online. Very important to read about parking, if you haven't been in awhile or it's your first time. I do not want anyone to get a ticket. https://www.leegov.com/parking

This is a great chance to enjoy God’s creation, stretch your legs, and connect with some amazing people in our singles group.

Pro tips:

  • Wear comfy shoes

  • Bring water

  • Bug spray’s a plus (although they say the bugs are not bad there)

  • Cameras & nature-loving hearts encouraged!

Whether you’re a seasoned nature-lover or just looking for a peaceful evening with good people, you’re welcome to join us.

RSVP so we know who to keep an eye out for at the entrance!
